(Billy) our Operations Manager who controls our vehicles
and drivers.

our PM Operations team will arrange any special delivery
requirements for your shipments each evening. Please fax
him with any special requirements such as Premium deliveries,
Book In deliveries, unusual size or unusual size consignments
by 4.00pm. Any notification of consignments received after
this time cannot be guaranteed with insurance or delivery
service.

details so they may be resolved quickly BEFORE the 30 day
payment term is due.
